Service Description
Please read carefully before booking. All custom gowns require a non-refundable $150 consultation fee, due at the time of booking. The $150 consultation fee will be applied toward the total cost of your garment if you move forward. Price Ranges Before Booking Clients may submit inspiration photos prior to booking to receive an estimated price range only. Price ranges are not final quotes and may change based on fabric selection, measurements, construction, and design details. Price ranges shared before booking do not secure a date or guarantee availability. Final Pricing & Consultation All final pricing, measurements, and design approvals take place during the consultation. Pricing is determined based on the selected design, fabric, and labor. Deposit Requirement Once your design is approved at the consultation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total garment price, minus the $150 consultation fee already paid, is REQUIRED the same day to move forward with production. Clients must be deposit-ready. No deposit = no booking and no production will begin. Prom Gowns Prom gowns are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Your prom date is not reserved until the deposit is paid. Important Notes • Consultations are for serious clients ready to proceed • All custom garments are final sale • Deposits are non-refundable due to materials and labor By booking a consultation, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
Cancellation Policy
Hello Beauties please be aware if you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment your appointment will be cancelled. However, if you still would like service you can choose to pay a $25 late fee no exceptions depending on how late you are. Please come to your appointment at your exact scheduled time no earlier and no later for sanitizing purposes before and after each and every client to prevent the spread of COVID. All deposits are nonrefundable. All merchandise is also nonrefundable. At this time our facility does not have a waiting area at this moment with that being said there are no additional guests allowed to your appointment. No children as well. All appointments booked before 11am and after 5pm is an additional $50 after hour fee this includes emergency appointments and Holidays as well. If you need to reschedule your appointment for any reason, there is rebooking fee of $25. When booking a Barbie Glam/Mixed Glam/or Bridal Consultation please have a picture reference for the desired look you are wanting it can be work from my page or of other artist as well to have an idea look. Please have eyebrows or any facial hair completely groomed prior to appointment in order to have a completed makeup look. Also please come to your appointment with a fresh face no makeup. If you come to your appointment with makeup on there is a $15 fee for makeup removal. Please bring cash the day of your appointment. If you are not able to pay your remanding balance in cash; cash app, apple pay, credit card, and PayPal fees are an additional 5% fee.
