Service Description
Please read carefully before booking. All custom gowns require a non-refundable $150 consultation fee, due at the time of booking. The $150 consultation fee will be applied toward the total cost of your garment if you move forward. Price Ranges Before Booking Clients may submit inspiration photos prior to booking to receive an estimated price range only. Price ranges are not final quotes and may change based on fabric selection, measurements, construction, and design details. Price ranges shared before booking do not secure a date or guarantee availability. Final Pricing & Consultation All final pricing, measurements, and design approvals take place during the consultation. Pricing is determined based on the selected design, fabric, and labor. Deposit Requirement Once your design is approved at the consultation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total garment price, minus the $150 consultation fee already paid, is REQUIRED the same day to move forward with production. Clients must be deposit-ready. No deposit = no booking and no production will begin. Prom Gowns Prom gowns are limited and booked on a first-come, first-served basis. Your prom date is not reserved until the deposit is paid. Cancellation Policy
Hello Beauties! Please review all policies before booking. DEPOSITS: A nonrefundable deposit is required at the time of booking. Appointments cannot be booked without the required deposit. Deposits and booking fees are nonrefundable and nontransferable. ARRIVAL & LATE POLICY: Please arrive at your exact scheduled appointment time. A 10-minute grace period is allowed. After 10 minutes, your appointment may be canceled. If my schedule allows me to accommodate you, a $25 late fee will apply. RESCHEDULING: A $25 rebooking fee is required to reschedule an appointment. Deposits remain nonrefundable and nontransferable. AFTER-HOURS: Appointments before 11 AM or after 5 PM require an additional $50 after-hours fee. This includes emergency and holiday appointments. GUESTS: No additional guests or children are permitted unless they are receiving a scheduled service. MAKEUP PREP: Please arrive with a clean, makeup-free face. Makeup removal is an additional $15. Please have eyebrows/facial hair groomed prior to your appointment, if desired, for the best finished result. INSPIRATION PHOTOS: For customized looks, Barbie Glam, Mixed Glam and Bridal Consultations, please have an inspiration photo available. Photos may be from my work or another artist and are used as inspiration only. Results may vary based on individual features. PAYMENTS: Any remaining balance is due the day of your appointment. Cash is preferred. Apple Pay, credit/debit cards and PayPal are accepted. Applicable processing fees may apply to electronic/card payments.
